One bedroom and bath (prices are based on double occupancy) $125 per night if less than a week ( 3 day minimum* )
$15 per night per additional person Per week or longer 10% less

Artist studio

Price is $100 night and $15 per person (over 2 persons.)

PAYMENTS:A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.Payment by check or money order. Please add 11.42% room and excise tax.Refund of 75% with 30 day or more verbal notification.Check in 3:00 p.m., check out 11:00 a.m. (We are flexible when possible)
